Unlike regular loose gravel, self-binding gravel offers a firm, semi-permeable surface, and it is designed to compact tightly. Goldpath Self Binding Gravel offers a natural, rustic and weathered appearance that blends well with gardens, heritage sites and parklands. It is a mixture of crushed stone, smaller stone particles and natural clay/dust. It is suitable for a wide range of applications, such as footpaths, cycle paths and bridleways.

Both types of our 0-1mm silica sands are washed and graded for recreational use.

Our play sand is approved to BS EN1177 and BS EN71-3 quality standards. It is specifically processed to be safe for children’s use in play pits, sand tables and playgrounds. This sand is also a fish-friendly product, suitable for use in water features, ponds and aquariums.

Leisure sand is used for a variety of applications, including golf bunkers, long jump pits, artificial beaches and sand sculptures.

Kiln dried sand is typically used for jointing block paving. This helps to lock them in place and prevent movement. It’s also ideal for patio kits and artificial turf infill, improving stability and drainage.

Combining functionality with rustic charm, our tumbled edging is ideal for many garden styles to create natural-looking borders. They are an excellent choice for outlining flower beds, defining pathway edges, creating raised borders and retaining soil on a slope.
