Youlgrave, near Bakewell, Derbyshire

Youlgrave is the original home of Long Rake Spar, dating back to 1867. It is now the site of a major production facility and separately operates as the company head office.
Production CapacityOur 16-acre freehold site produces 200,000 tonnes of finished stock annually.

We operate from a network of strategically located production and dockside facilities, with our Head Office located in Youlgrave, Derbyshire. This network allows us to maintain extensive production capacity, secure stockholding and achieve key logistical advantages to serve our customers effectively.

Our main dock facility is situated at Garston Docks, Liverpool where we currently ship in excess of 100,000 tonnes annually, stored in a 30,000ft2 warehouse

We import a selection of products by road from Europe via bulk tippers, and a large volume of core products by sea in up to 5,000 tonne shipments
