Highfields Walled Garden – Nottingham University
The Yorkshire Resin Company recently completed this installation of 160 square metres of new resin pathways and garden courtyard in a beautiful Rustic Gold finish. This finish was selected to harmonise with the natural beauty of the surrounding garden blending seamlessly with the garden walls.
The decision to use resin as a surface material was no accident – it offers a range of benefits that make it the ideal choice for this project. Resin is SUDs compliant, promotes a healthier landscape, is environmentally friendly and low maintenance.
In addition to its environmental benefits, resin is also incredibly durable, standing up to heavy footfall traffic that the garden is intended for. Finally, the smoothness of the resin surface ensures the garden is accessible to everyone, regardless of mobility.
The customer was pleased with their new garden area saying, “The resin surface really showcases what the garden has to offer and was indeed a wise investment”.
