It isn’t every day you get the chance to be involved in the creation of the logo for a top football club! Long Rake Spar were thrilled to find themselves in such a position when contacted by iResin, who had been asked to complete the work.
iResin are specialists in the installation of Resin Bound driveways and were delighted to be chosen to create this fantastic piece of artwork. iResin required high quality aggregates that were colour coated to match the colours featured within the Manchester City logo. As trusted suppliers and having recently introduced their new SightGRIP range of colour coated aggregates, Long Rake Spar were contacted to provide them with the required stone.
Bad weather initially delayed the installation and iResin found themselves working through the night and completing a 40 hour shift to keep to the deadline. However everyone involved felt it was worth it, especially when Pep Guardiola, the new Manchester City manager, was interviewed standing on the logo the following day.
